What will happen in a hypnotherapy session
In a therapy session in Aarhus hypnosis clinic you will first you see a preparatory video in the waiting room and fill out forms that ask about your problem.
Inside of the session I get clear understanding of what your problem is about and what it is you want to achieve instead.
You will get an short explainintion on how the hypnosis will take place and get answers to any questions about hypnosis you should have. I will then guide you into a hypnotic state, where we can grab the necessary resources, find a hidden cause of the problem or change the thoughts of your mind.
There will not be two identical sessions and the changes will be made in various ways depending on the nature of the problem. You will then get back to your normal state and certainly feel very comfortable. The entire process will typically last 1-1.5 hours.

Prices of hypnotherapy treatment in 2024:
First hypnosis treatment costs DKK 1400,-
Subsequent hypnosis treatment costs DKK 1200,-
Student discount for full-time students and under 18 years:
Each hypnosis session costs DKK 1000,- Must be stated when you order treatment.
Since we unfortunately do not accept credit card, please pay in cash at the hypnosis session.
